EMAIL HEALTH CHECK

Are Your Emails Landing in Spam?

Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo increasingly send email from badly set-up domains straight to spam, or reject it. Enter your email domain (or your email address) to check SPF, DKIM, DMARC and your mail servers.

Free, no sign-up. We only read public DNS records: we never send or read any email.

What we check

Four DNS records decide whether your emails are trusted. Here’s what each one does.

MX records

Which service receives your email, and whether email to your domain can be delivered at all.

SPF

A list of the services allowed to send email as you. Without it, your emails look suspicious.

DKIM

A digital signature on every email you send, proving it really came from you and wasn’t changed.

DMARC

Tells receiving servers what to do with fake emails that pretend to be from your domain.

Your provider

We recognise Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, GoDaddy, Zoho and more, so the fix matches your setup.

Website on the domain

Whether people who look up your email domain find a website.

Questions

Why do my emails go to spam?

The most common reason is missing or broken SPF, DKIM or DMARC records. Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require SPF or DKIM from everyone who sends to them, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC from bulk senders.

Is this check safe?

Yes. It only reads public DNS records that anyone can look up. We don’t send, read or store any of your email.

Can you fix it for me?

Yes. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC for most providers as a quick, fixed-price job, and tell you the price before we start.
